In addition to our market-rate residences, Stadia Med Main reserves a portion of our South Houston apartments for moderate- to middle-income critical workforce members, including teachers, nurses, first responders, City of Houston and Harris County staff, and other essential workers. Essential Housing at Stadia Med Main enables these workers to live in the community where they are employed, avoid a lengthy commute, and spend more time with family. Applicants whose annual income does not exceed 60% or 80% AMI (Area Median Income) are eligible to apply for these rent-adjusted apartment homes, labeled Essential Housing. Any applicant or household living in one of our mixed income apartments can earn up to the following annual incomes. 

(60%) - .P6

·        1-person home may earn no more than $43,680 annually

·         2-person home may earn no more than $49,920 annually

·         3-person home may earn no more than $56,160 annually

·         4-person home may earn no more than $62,400 annually

·         5-person home may earn no more than $67,380 annually

(80%) - .P8

·         1-person home may earn no more than $58,240 annually

·         2-person home may earn no more than $66,560 annually

·         3-person home may earn no more than $74,880 annually

·         4-person home may earn no more than $83,200 annually

·         5-person home may earn no more than $89,840 annually

INCOME VERIFICATION

Disclosure of Rental Requirements & Housing Choice Voucher Acceptance

We accept applicants for residents participating in the Housing Choice Voucher Program subject to their meeting all the other rental criteria for the property. Annual income recertifications and documentation related thereto will be required of all residents residing in these lower income units.
